To ensure that this occurs, we have set down those items included in

your rate and those which require additional payment.

USE OF HOUSE & FACILTIES

Your rate includes the items specified on the list below   

All extra items must be paid for as they are used

ELECTRICITY

In Italy, electricity is expensive;  guests are requested to use it carefully and to switch off lights when they are not needed and when leaving the room

The use of electrical appliances in the house, other than lighting and water heating, is not included in the daily rate

Should you wish to use any other appliance that is not listed, please enquire about the rate charged

Smoking is not allowed in the house and eating and drinking are not permitted in bedrooms

Animals are welcome by prior arrrangement.  Animals are not allowed on beds or furniture

Each Day: 8.30 a.m. – 9.30 a.m.

Arrival Time:           After 4.00p.m. unless by prior arrangement

Departure Time:     10.00 a.m. on final morning
