PAYMENT TERMS
1. The booking confirmation fee, 50% total cost reserves the dates you requested
2. Final payment plus refundable breakages deposit, where appropriate, must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, that is, dates booked
3. 10% discount for B & B guests staying more than 4 nights and for self catering lets of more than two weeks
Breakages Policy
All guests who rent the house and its facilities will pay a specified breakages deposit which will be returned at the end of their visit
The following will be deducted from that deposit:
The full replaceable value of any items that are broken or damaged
The cost of repair/cleaning of any items that are damaged and can be repaired to their former quality
The full cost of extra units of electricity and excessive gas
BED AND BREAKFAST GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

All unspecified inclusive services must be paid for at the time of purchase
CLEANING
The house will be clean on arrival; cupboards, cooker, fridge etc. On departure, we expect guests to leave it in a satisfactory state
If there is excessive cleaning, other than normal dust and linen (where appropriate), a cleaning charge will deducted from the breakages
