Standard Annual Management Package

  • A bill payment service for electricity, water, insurance, local taxes etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with local administrative requirements
  • Suggesting reliable, cost effective tradesmen
  • Arranging cleaning and gardening services on request
  • Arranging for installation and maintenance of domestic appliances, heating and hot water systems
  • Arranging emergency repairs
  • Closing up for the winter if required
  • Monitoring the property, for example, visiting after particularly bad weather (if you require a specific regular check, this can also be arranged)
  • Providing an English-speaking, locally knowledgeable, help service if unforeseen problems arise during your stay, or that of your tenants

Lettings Management
